Xmas and New Years Hours

For the next two weeks we will be running shortened hours on Thursdays and be off Fridays in observance of the Christmas and New Years Holidays. On Thursday’s 12/24 and 12/31 classes will run at 6am, 9am and Noon only. On Friday’s 12/25 and 1/1 we will be closed. Enjoy the holidays!

Thanksgiving Hours

Though I will be out of town for a couple days for Thanksgiving, the gym will still be running… albeit with a slightly modified schedule. Wed 11/25 – 5am, 6am, 730am, Noon, 4pm, 5pm Thu 11/26 – 9am Fri 11/27 – 6am, 730am, 9am, Noon, 5pm Enjoy your holiday!

Hours for the 4th

I am supposed to be going out of town this weekend so we are going to be running some abbreviated hours. Friday, 7/3/15 – 5pm and 6pm classes are cancelled.  5am, 6am, 7:30am, 9am and noon are still on. Saturday, 7/4/15 – No Classes! Sunday, 7/5/15 – 9am class is on.
