Now that summer is coming to a close, it’s time to think about goals for the fall. Not sure where to begin? We’ve got you covered, with both a goal-setting program and the Lurong Paleo Challenge. Read on for info on both!
Mandrew is starting Version 2.0 of our goal-setting program now. If you desire accountability and/or advice on any gym-oriented goal (eating better, learning a new skill, getting stronger, showing up to WOD more, etc.) you should absolutely take advantage of this.
Starting Thursday, there will be a notebook at the gym where you will write your name and email address. Andrew will then contact you to set up a S.M.A.R.T. goal (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely). Once you have decided on a goal, you’ll write it up on the shiny new chalkboard wall (our collective canvas of endeavors!) Our second order of business is the Lurong Paleo Challenge. Julie will be holding information sessions on Tuesday, August 27 at 5pm and Saturday, August 31 at 8am. These information sessions are for anyone who has already signed up, is remotely interested in signing up, or even those who have no freaking clue what paleo is but want to eat better. Julie will explain the rules–some of which are specific to this year– and review other details pertinent to the challenge. This will be a great opportunity for you to discuss your questions/concerns with Julie, even if you are new to paleo.
